Key Factors to Resiliency

Working with Resilient Minds means we will help you address each of these key factors in resiliency. We know life isn't always easy and by making sure these five factors are healthy and active in your life, we help you exercise and improve your resiliency.

Cognitive Skills & Education

We believe that for one to be resilient they must have power over their mind. To reach one’s full potential one must exercise their brains by intentionally learning, embracing and seeking knowledge. Knowledge really is power and the more of it you have, the stronger you are. 

Family Bonds & Community

Resilient Minds hold strong connections to their biological and/or non-biological family and the communities around them like school, church, clubs and memberships. These relationships help to nurture, provide added structure, support and guidance to those who dream big. 

Grit & Perseverance

Those with resilient minds desire to be successful and reach their goals regardless of the obstacles standing in their way. They have a plan, know where they are going and what they need to do to get there. Life experiences, age, race, culture or sex or any other barriers will not stop them.

Spiritual & Physical Health

We believe people who possess a strong faith in themselves and have a positive belief system (set in love) enrich their lives and their spirit, giving them the power to push forward during rough times. Also, being conscious of physical health helps develop healthy and loving perceptions of one's self.
